Bourbon House Pizzeria was created with the intention to bring the joy of a well-made, Chicago Style Deep Dish pizza to our community here in Northern Kentucky. Owner, Mary Brandstetter was raised in Chicago where the pizzerias served as her daily inspiration. When life brought her here, to Kentucky, she dreamt of recreating the lifestyle, aesthetic and flavor of Chicago Style pizza in her new home town. Not long after, Bourbon House Pizzeria was born and her dreams made a reality.
Mary and her team take pride in their product and have committed to the authenticity and freshness that her hometown pizzerias gave to her. All dough and sauce, which is robust and flavorful, as well as all other delicious ingredients are made fresh, each and every day to maintain their reputation of consistent, high quality.
